Conducting Baseline Survey for the Project "Improving Education Quality in the West Bank -The State of Palestine" in Partnership with KOICA
The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in the State of Palestine, wishes to invite qualified and experienced Institutions and consultancy firms to submit Technical and Financial Proposals for provision of Services to:
Conduct Baseline Survey for the Project "Improving Education Quality in the West Bank -the State of Palestine" in Partnership with KOICA. To establish baseline values of project indictors (indicator benchmarking) and provide contextual background of the project in the working areas.

1- LRPS Terms and Conditions.
2- Terms of Refence (ToR) Annex B LRPS-2022-9176958 and its Sub-Annex 1.
