Creative Associates International (Creative) invites qualified non-government organizations (NGOs) who are operational in Gaza to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to work with Creative in the implementation of the USAID funded Basic Education Activity (BEA). The goal of BEA is to provide improved early childhood and primary learning opportunities for children and youth in the West Bank and Gaza.

In response to the conflict in Gaza, BEA intends to provide immediate support for children impacted by the conflict and is interested in coordinating/partnering with NGOs. currently operating (or who have the ability to operate) in Gaza. Attachment 1 below provides an overview of the EOI process along with a listing of services to be procured under BEA Gaza Emergency Response activities.

Interested Organizations should submit an EOI to be considered for any planned program activities to be implemented in the Gaza Strip. Please note that prior to any contract or award, Organizations must submit relevant documentation verifying they meet USAID and Creative regulations.

Questions regarding this EOI will only be considered if emailed to [email protected]. Creative’s responses to questions will be distributed monthly beginning June 30,2024 Questions and Answers will be published at the same websites, EOIs will be reviewed and evaluated on a rolling basis over a 12-month period.

This EOI is issued for collecting information and planning purposes. This is not a Request for Proposals, and it shall not to be construed as a commitment by Creative or USAID to issue RFP or sign an award with Organizations. Costs associated with Preparation and Submission of proposals are not reimbursable by Creative nor USAID.
