Background:

Dragon Media & Marketing Co., in partnership with Cowater International and under the Trade Facilitation and Customs Support Programme (Tasdeer), is seeking proposals from qualified business development firms with expertise in the UAE market. This initiative is part of our broader strategy to expand Dragon Media & Marketing Co.'s presence in the UAE, enhancing our ability to seize new opportunities and forge relationships with key clients and partners in the region.

Scope of Services Required:

The selected firm will be responsible for executing a comprehensive business development strategy that includes, but is not limited to:

• Conducting a market study to understand competition and refine the marketing strategy.
• Generating and qualifying leads from various industries within the UAE and GCC.
• Establishing and maintaining client relationships through presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Representing Dragon Media & Marketing Co. at conferences and exhibitions such as Gitex.
• Supporting legal and regulatory navigation in the UAE for business activities.
• Providing ongoing reports and feedback to refine Dragon’s market approach.

Submission Instructions:

• Submission Method: All offers and related documents must be sent via email to [email protected]. Please include "RFQ: Business Development Services for UAE Market" in the email subject line.
• Currency: All offers must be submitted in USD.
• Supporting Documentation: Additional supporting documents, including company profile, past experience, and proposed work plan, should be submitted in PDF, PPT, Word, or Excel formats. These documents should be clearly labeled and relevant to the proposal.
• Submission Format: Each offer must include the following required documents:
  • Company Profile and Evidence of Experience in UAE/GCC markets.
  • Detailed Work Plan and Methodology in a technical proposal. 
  • Price Schedule – Annex 1.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Technical Criteria: 70 points (Work Methodology, Experience, Team Composition).
• Commercial Criteria: 30 points (Lowest price for technically compliant offers).

Deadlines:

Offers must be received no later than 4:00 PM Jerusalem local time on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. Offers received after this time will be considered late and may be reviewed at the discretion of Dragon Media & Marketing Co.
