Business Strategy Coaching

PHT seeks to contract a consultant to coach Bani Naim Women center members and build their capacities in the field of business strategy, and marketing. This consultancy aims at enabling the women center to diagnose their center status, identify their capacities, develop their products, and propose a marketing plan for the local and international markets.

The business strategy coaching should help the Women center to define the Why and the How of their center (vision and objectives, capacities, resources and resource allocation, SWOT analysis); and the operation action plan coaching will support them in defining the What (products, services, activities to be implemented).
