Call for Proposals: Mental Health Support in Gaza
The International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking experienced organizations to establish a Mental Health One-Stop-Shop for workers under its Emergency Employment Programme in Gaza. This initiative will provide professional psychological counselling, trauma support, and capacity-building for workers facing extreme psychological distress.
Who Can Apply?
Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and Private Service Providers operating in the Gaza Strip with expertise in trauma counselling, workplace mental health, and capacity-building.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide onsite and remote counselling (individual & group sessions)
-Train PGFTU and PEF members in psychological first aid
-Conduct mental health awareness sessions for workers
-Develop resource materials for workplace mental well-being
-Ensure strict confidentiality and ethical standards
