Station J is looking for trainers to carry out trainings in different areas in the Governate of Jerusalem (Inside and Outside the wall) for a new program funded by the Belgian Development Agency – Enabel.

Station J aims at making economic, social and sustainable impact through Palestinian innovation fueled by expertise, entrepreneurial talent, and new technology from across the globe.  Our role is combining practices, tools, resources and environments to influence the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Jerusalem. We guide innovators and entrepreneurs from ideation stages, connect them to markets and investment opportunities. We help plug knowledge, expertise, and skills gaps, gain access to investment, and fill market niches to maximize the potential of the innovations and innovators we support. 

Trainers Needed

Station J is implementing a new program funded by the Belgian Development Agency – Enabel, and is looking for experienced & innovative minded trainers to give interactive trainings in the following topics:

1. 21st Century skills training: 
   1. Learning skills: communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity.
   2. Life skills: flexibility, leadership, initiative, productivity, social.
   3. Literacy skills: information, media, technology.
2. Design thinking / Human Centered Design.
3. Entrepreneurship: Problem identification, Ideation, Market Validation, Marketing, Pitching, prototyping. 
4. English for business: Provide basic/ intermediate/ advanced training for professionals to work comfortably in English. 
5. Coding (All coding languages needed): Provide basics of coding and reach a comfortable working experience with coding. 

Requirements

Proven experience (at least 2 years) in delivery of training workshops in the above-mentioned subjects

Relevant educational background

Strong analytical skills   

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, verbal and writing.

Ability to develop content for training 

Can provide an invoice/ or deduction from source certificate
