Invitation to Bid No. (PARC-33-2020)

Training of Trainers (ToT) and Consultancy/Support in Seville & Ramallah

Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is soliciting consultancy and training services for the implementation of the project MedTOWN “Co-producing social policies with Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) actors to fight poverty, inequality and social exclusion” that is co-financed by European Union through the Cross Border Coooperation Programme ENI MED 2014-2020. According to the following conditions:

1. The applicant should have previous experience in similar work. 
2. Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.
3. Firms and free lancers (team) are eligible to participate in this bid.
4. Eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents by visit PARC website on the URL: www.pal-arc.org/tenders.
5. Tenders should submit their offers to the email: [email protected] no later than Wednesday, 10th June 2020 between 1:00 – 2:00 pm (Palestine time).
6. This announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
