Prices should be provided in NIS including VAT-

Offers should be as per the criteria and requirements mentioned in the technical specification-

Bidders are required to provide two distinct offers: one for the technical proposal and another for the  financial proposal

The offers need to be submitted via the WVI procurement system(Coupa-Provision)-

The last day for submission offers is August 01, 2024, through the procurement system. (Coupa-Provision)-

World Vision is not obliged to award the tender at the lowest price and without providing any justification-

The cost of the tender advertisement is at the expense of the winning bidder and the Bidder should confirm this in his offer
