Capacity building program for Green Girls Group

“Basics of agricultural (on the farm)”

The Agricultural Development Association announces a price offer for Capacity building program for Green Girls Group within the project of “Development of model farm in the Gaza strip to Enhance Safe Agricultural Production” in the framework of the project “Strengthening the Resilience of Gaza’s Population (GRP)” funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).

Conditions for bidding:

1. The applicant must have previous experience in similar works.
2. The submitted offers should be in Euro and of zero VAT. The consulting firm should be able to issue ZERO VAT invoice/Payment request in addition to deduction at source certificate (شهادة خصم مصدر) or a percentage of the final payment will be deducted according to the Palestinian Taxation Department instructions & prevailing laws. The consulting firm should be a registered company with authorized dealer number and specialized in this field and to be able to issue Zero VAT invoice in addition to certificate of deduction at source.
3. Pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Tuesday, 25/04/2023 at 12:00 PM. at PARC office.
4. The deadline for submitting the completed offers by the applicants is no later than Thursday 27 /04/2023, before 02:00 pm at the Agricultural Development Association (Zaytoun - Gaza).
5. PARC shall not be bound to accept the lowest price or any tender proposal, and reserves the power to accept any part of any tender proposal.
6. The committee has the right to postpone the offers, extend it, return it, cancel it or divide it without giving reasons and without any given compensation to the offers.
7. Fees for advertising in electronic sites are paid by the awarded bidder.
8. Awarding Process:

Offers will be assessed first on their technical merits using the evaluation criteria below. Only technical scores of at least 50 points will qualify for the financial review. The financial offer weight is 30% from the total weight while the technical offer is 70% of the total weight.
