FOR CAR RENTAL SERVICES IN OPT

PROCUREMENT REF: WW/OPT/GENERAL /CAR FWA/2024/OLT 01

WeWorld (WW), an NGO active in 27 countries, has received a grant from multiple donors and intends to launch an open local tender procedure in the framework of multiple projects.

WW is seeking to establish a 24- Month Framework Agreement for the rental of vehicles to serve WW operations across various locations in oPt. WW currently operates in Ramallah, Jerusalem, Hebron & Tubas.

The specification of Vehicles will be both yellow and green plate rental cars in 2x 4 and 4 x 4 models. (2 X LOTS)

WW – oPt currently has a fleet comprised of 13 Vehicles. The type and number of vehicles to be rented will vary during the term of the agreement either by increasing or decreasing numbers based on project needs.

WW is not committed to rent a fixed number of any of the vehicles. Monthly rental costs should remain fixed for the entire duration of the contract.

From Sunday, 5th November 2023 to Sunday, 14th November 2023 (by 2PM).

TENDER SUBMISSION:

The deadline for tender submissions is Sunday 19th November 2023 by 2:00 PM oPt time.

Due to the current situation in oPt -Bid Submission via Email is the preferred method. [email protected]

Only If you are unable to submit bids via email, bidders may send offers or delivery by hand to the WW office in Ramallah.

Eligible bidders must submit the bid by required deadline, late submissions will not be eligible.
