EOI # SSA-CRO-25-001
Overview
Global Communities works at the intersection of humanitarian assistance, sustainable development, and financial inclusion to save lives, advance equity, and secure strong futures. We support communities at the forefront of their own development in more than 35 countries, partnering with local leaders, governments, civil society, and the private sector to achieve a shared vision of a more just, prosperous, and equitable global community. We work with government, non-government, private sector, and community stakeholders to promote transparency, foster accountability, and access the channels they need to make their voices heard, promote change, and realize their full potential.
The Assignment
Global Communities (GC) Palestine is committed to enhancing its community-facing feedback mechanisms (FBM) as part of its broader accountability framework. In alignment with organizational policy, GC Palestine is exploring the centralization of key aspects of the FBM within its multi-project portfolio to ensure efficient and effective feedback handling.
To facilitate the implementation of this initiative, the FBM Task Force is engaging a consultant to support the development of essential deliverables. This includes gathering information from various programs to assess current practices, working in close coordination with project representatives of the FBM Task Force, consolidating findings into actionable recommendations, and drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with GC’s global policy. The consultant will also assist in identifying necessary digital tools, such as Excel or other systems for logging and tracking feedback and develop data analysis templates to summarize trends and insights. Additionally, the consultant will support the establishment of protocols for serious complaint handling and ensure feedback incorporation from Task Force members.
