ABOUT OXFAM

PURPOSE OF THE RFQ

Oxfam plans to produce a cinema quality short documentary of 15 minutes. The documentary will aim to provide a comprehensive analysis of how the water situation in the Gaza Strip reached its breaking point, and how the question over the sustainability of the situation created by the blockade translates within the WASH sector. This will include providing a timeline since the beginning of the issue, with a focus on main events and factors that have affected the situation.

Oxfam are conducting a bidding process and invites your submission of a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for:

The deadline for submission of bids is 22nd July 2020 at 2pm (Gaza time) upon conditions in the RFQ dossier.

Oxfam does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
