MA’AN in partnership with GIZ started the implementation of Strengthening the influence of Palestinian Refugees on their living conditions Project
The project should support young women and men (under 35) in Gaza Refugees Camps to exert influence on and design their living environments. The project will give support for enhanced psychosocial stability and agency of young women and men in order to ensure willingness and capacity of active social participation and influence on their own living environment. One of the project main working strategies is to provide psychosocial support services through set of activities.
MA’AN is seeking an external consultant to provide training and coaching services for the project health counsellors who are working at the family centers in order to cultivate their skills to use effective and appropriate counseling techniques (Individual not firms) with the following minimum qualifications:
- Relevant academic qualifications. Master's degree and above is preferred.
- Proven experience (holding graduate degree or equivalent, in a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience).
- Proven expertise in providing coaching and mentoring and developing manuals
- Expertise in the areas health counseling
