REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

We do whatever it takes for children – every day and in times of crisis – transforming their lives and the future we share.

Save the Children International (SCI) in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (oPt) Country Office is inviting submissions of quotations for a Framework Agreements for two years to provide the following services:

*Communication services: including:

Design of all printed and digital materials such as reports, factsheets, and share cards, etc.;

Film editing and production;

Animation;

Content gathering (photographing, interviewing, and taking video of Save the Children events, projects, and visits).

*Translation and Interpretation services.

Detailed technical specifications and terms of reference are included within the RFQ documents.

If you are interested in submitting a bid for one of the above mentioned services, please contact the Supply Chain unit at the following address [email protected] to express your interest and request the related RFQ documents.

The RFQ documents will be sent to you in return. It is recommended to request / collect the RFQ documents as soon as possible.

Completed bids are due to be submitted in a sealed stamped envelope, or through email address [email protected] or through the ProSave online procurement system by Wednesday 30 June 2021 at 11:00 am.

It is recommended to submit bids through the ProSave Procurement system. If you have not worked with Save the Children before, please make sure to request support for the supplier’s registration process on ProSave.
