Terms of Reference for Community Facilitators Training on Climate Change Adaptation and Nutrition Co-Benefits

MA’AN Development Center, in partnership with World Vision International, is an independent Palestinian development institution established in 1989. We invite qualified consultants to participate in the tender for the above-mentioned training program under the project "Towards Climate Change Action with Nutrition Co-Benefits for Vulnerable Families in Areas B and C, West Bank," funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Key Notes:

• Financial offers must be in EURO (VAT exempted).
• Consultants must provide a deduction at source certificate (or 10% income tax will be withheld).
• Training language: Arabic (materials in English & Arabic).

Submit your offer in two sealed envelopes:

1. Technical Offer (methodology, work plan, team qualifications, references).
2. Financial Offer (detailed budget in EURO, VAT exempted).
