The United Nations Development Programme / Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP) would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their offers/proposals for conducting a Programme Review for Transparency, Evidence and Accountability (TEA) Programme, fully described in the bidding documents.
