Subject: Conducting a “Baseline Study” about the status of specific media institutions in the West Bank and Gaza Strip  

• Contract duration: 12 working days (timeline is adjustable)

Contract anticipated start date: June 5th, 2024 (timeline is adjustable)

Organization: Filastiniyat, a non- governmental and not-for-profit media organization for woman and youth, based in Ramallah and working in Gaza Strip and West Bank.

Project: Engage: Media and CSOs collective for freedom and social justice. Implemented by Filastiniyat and Al-Quds University and funded by the EU.

Interested consultants / firms shall submit a technical and financial proposal in sealed envelope to Filastiniyat office at Ramallah, AL Masyoun, AL Jehad st., Bldg. 20.

Terms and conditions:

• Bidders must submit the proposals in 2 separate envelope, one for the technical and the    second for the financial offers.
• Successful bidders will be responsible for all logistics related to implementing this assignment, including facilitation of meetings and workshops. All related costs should be included in the cost proposal.
