PURPOSE OF THIS RFQ

Oxfam and MA’AN proposed and implemented a 13-months action funded by  European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) to contribute to the efficient delivery of coordinated humanitarian assistance to Gaza’s most vulnerable population threatened by the ongoing protracted crisis, recurring shocks, and COVID-19.

 This assignment is proposed to conduct an overall evaluation to the project in Gaza Strip focusing on its Effectiveness to measure the impact of the Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance
(MPCA) on the targeted households. 

 Oxfam is seeking to commission consultancy firm to conduct a Project Final Evaluation, accordingly, Oxfam invites your submission of proposals to provide Oxfam, within their requirements,  for the above mentioned services as per the conditions and requirements  detailed in this Request For Proposal (RFP).

 Any requests for clarification may be submitted by email to [email protected] copying the email [email protected] until the 23rd May 2022.

The deadline for submission of bids is 31st May 2022 at 1pm upon conditions in the RFP dossier.

Offers shall be sent before the deadline indicated in the above timetable. Responses must only be sent to ([email protected]) without coping any other email addresses. Any offers sent through other channels will not be considered. 

Offer shall be sent in 2 separate files - PDF format - (one for Technical Offer and one for Price Offer).

Email subject must contain the following reference: OXFAM – 22  /  072  /  OPTI  /  GAZA 

All documents shall be submitted in English

Oxfam does not bind itself to award the lowest price offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
