Construction of a Wastewater Network and Treatment Unit in Al-Mawasi (Khan Yunis Governorate, Gaza Strip)

Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children, women and men. Established in France in 1979, Action Against Hunger are a nongovernmental, non-political, non-religious, non-profit organisation.

Action Against Hunger – Palestinian Territory (Gaza Strip) intends to award a work Contract for the construction of a Wastewater Treatment Unit and Wastewater Network to target the most urgent needs relating to sanitation, improved hygiene and nutrition standards of the selected households, and improve livelihoods for vulnerable farmers and female headed households in the framework of humanitarian programs funded by GAC (Global Affairs Canada).

Bidding documents can be collected from above source from April 10th 2018 until April 28th 2018.

For Gaza applicants, the bidder's contractors must be classified up to 3rd degree in Wastewater Infrastructures Works, Electromechanical Works and Construction Works (certificate will have to be provided).  Eligible Contractors must include a 50,000 EUROS bank guarantee valid for 90 days starting from the date of submission; personal cheques will not be accepted

The deadline for submission of tenders is May 13th 2018 at 12pm (Gaza time)

Action Against Hunger does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest tender or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender
