Third Party Monitoring of JPF Funded Projects in Gaza Strip 

The Japan Platform (hereinafter referred to as "JPF") is an international emergency humanitarian aid organization which offers effective and prompt emergency aid in response to global developments, focusing on issues of refugees and natural disasters.

The purpose of this request for proposals is to solicit competitive offers for the provision of baseline survey for the JPF Program and monitoring and evaluation services for the JPF funded 2 projects which are being conducted by NGOs in Gaza, Palestine.

JPF invites entities which are experienced on third party monitoring and has access to project locations in Gaza.
