Quotation content and conditions:

Vendors responding to the solicitation should submit the following:

Price Quotations (as detailed in 5.0).

Proposed Delivery schedule.

Consultancy payments are subject to 5% income tax payable to the PA Ministry of Finance.

Quotation Pricing Conditions:

Vendor should specify prices (USD) per the list in Annex I.

The prices should include all associated costs; e.g. transportation costs.

The offers must be valid for 90 calendar days starting from the date of proposal.

Submitting the Quotation:

Deadline for submittal of quotations is March 21, 2020

Evaluation Criteria;

The Vendors will be evaluated based on the following:

Experience, financial offer, Quality of work and time: based on the Quality of work and experience and how it contributes to the quality of the overall work.

Payment:

The Payment will be in USD within 30 days after receiving the deliverables and approved payment request.

Note:

Vendors may be asked by CARE to submit additional information during the quotation evaluation.

CARE has the right to reject all offer.

CARE has the right to negotiate the offer received.

CARE has the right to increase the Quantities requested in the offer in 90 calendar days from the date of signing the Contract, without changing in the offered unit price.
