Project Name: Youth Economic Empowerment in Palestine (YEP)” as part of the EU-funded Youth Empowerment Program

Title: Services procurement contract for “Consultancy Services for experts ("assessors") to assist in the evaluation of grant applications received in the framework of the YEP call for proposals” PSE21002-10011

The lots are:

• Lot 1 is composed of the assessment of the received applications from Private Sector Umbrella Organizations (PSUOs) and training providers as co-applicants under the 2nd result (summarized on tender specification part).
• Lot 2 is composed of the assessment of the received applications from local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) under the 3rd result (summarized on tender specification part).

Enabel now invites tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for carrying out these works:

1. Tendering will be conducted through the direct negotiated procedure without publication (Belgian Public Procurement Law) and is open to all tenderers from Eligible Source Countries, as defined in the tender documents.
2. Tenderers can download the tender documents and all annexes at the following address: https://www.enabel.be/content/enabel-tenders, then selecting country: Palestinian Territory.
3. This tender is VAT excluded under certain conditions, defined in the tender documents.
4. Tenders shall be valid for 90 days after the tender closing. No bid bond is required.
5. Tenders must be delivered to the address mentioned below before the 4th of August 2022 at 1:00 PM. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened behind closed doors.
