Objectives of the consultancy:

CARE will contract with an external consultant or consultancy firm (technical expert in businesses organizational development and capacity building) with the aim of:

Building the capacities of the milk collection hub /company owners and working team in order to ensure following best practices and procedures in business management.

Building and institutionalize the milk collection hub/ company system and operational producers and key elements for sustainability and reducing risks.

coaching and mentoring for the milk collection hub team to ensure capacities, commitment and systems built are capitalized
