German – Palestinian Police Partnership Program (GPPP) Call for proposals: Consultancy to support the German – Palestinian Police Partnership Program – “E-learning Development”

The German – Palestinian Police Partnership Program (GPPP), implemented by the German Corporation for Inter-national Cooperation (GIZ) in the Palestinian Territories and funded by the German Federal Foreign Office (AA), aims to Improve capacities of police to carry out professional and citizens-oriented policing.   

Within this context, GPPP seeks qualified locally registered service providers to carry out this assignment, and hereby invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for providing needed services.
