The Palestinian Hydrology Group (PHG) invites qualified consultant(s)/firm(s) to provide professional consulting services to enhance the capacity and commitment of Western Izab community in order to influence the decision making and the implementation of policy measures aimed to mitigating environmental problems in Western Izab area in Qalqiliya Governorate within the framework of the project “Promoting the rights of the Palestinian people under occupation under IHRL in terms of access to safe water and sanitation, gender equality and community participation for environmental protection” funded by Gobierno de Cantabria through Asamblea de Cooperación por la Paz (ACPP).

The Suppler should supply financial and technical offer by email at: [email protected] or by hand to PHG office in Ramallah no later than 11.00am on February 12, 2023 and addressed as follows:

PHG Headquarter Office: Palestine, Ramallah, Al-Masyoun neighborhood, Emil Habibi Street, Al Nahda Building 2nd floor.

Tenders will be opened shortly thereafter at 11.30am. The tenderer or authorized representative may be present at the opening.

Late tenders will not be considered in any circumstances.

PHG reserves the right to cancel this RFP in its entirely or partially without defraying any cost incurred by Consultant(s)/Firm(s).
