The United Nations Development Programme/Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP), through the Water Energy Food Nexus (WEF nexus) programme, in collaboration with the PWA and PENRA, invites qualified and eligible companies to submit their offers or proposals for the implementation of the specified services, as detailed in the bidding documents.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Bid Submission deadline appearing on UNDP Oracle Quantum Portal will be FINAL and prevail on any other deadline appearing on other websites.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.Location of performance of the contract: West Bank, Palestine
