Simplified Request for Proposals - SRFP

Shiam - Youth Make the Future invites Proposals\Offers from qualified and locally registered Companies, specialized in the field of Website design and development, to provide the following Professional services: ““Design & developing Shiam Website & Youth Local Councils Platform”.

 More details of the services are provided in the Statement of Work.

Proposals\Offers will be evaluated based on the Service Provider’s qualification as well as responsiveness to this invitation requirement, and the reflection of understanding to the required service. The contract will be awarded to the firm achieving the highest evaluated score.

A full set of SRFP documents can be obtained from Shiam office at the address below free of charge (Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 – 3:00 local time).

The deadline for receipt of proposals\ offers (in sealed envelopes) by Shiam at the addressed indicated below is: December 15, 2020; at 1:00 p.m. O’clock (local time).
