Call for Experts: Develop Training Manuals for the Youth Economic Empowerment Program

Are you passionate about empowering youth and supporting entrepreneurship? Within the Youth Economic Empowerment Program (YEP), implemented by Al-Quds University in partnership with the Belgian Development Agency “Enabel” and funded by the European Union, the Al-Quds Business Center for Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship (BCITE) is looking for experienced experts to develop three comprehensive training manuals that will inspire and empower young entrepreneurs in Palestine!

Training Manuals to Be Developed

Startup Development Training Manual

Focus: A step-by-step guide from ideation to scaling a
Content: Customer discovery, team building, business planning, and growth strategies.
Learning Outcomes: Participants will learn how to:
- Conduct market research and validate ideas
- Build cohesive and high-performing
- Develop robust business plans tailored to their
- Implement growth strategies for sustainable

Digital Literacy Training Manual for Startups

Focus: Equipping startups with essential digital skills for business
Content: Digital tools, online presence, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies like
Learning Outcomes: Participants will gain the ability to:
- Utilize digital tools to enhance operational
- Establish and manage a compelling online
- Understand and implement basic cybersecurity

Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to gain competitive

Startup Financial Literacy Skills Training Manual

Focus: Empowering startups with financial management
Content: Financial planning, funding strategies, cash flow management, and risk
Learning Outcomes: Participants will be able to:

Create detailed financial plans and
Identify and pursue appropriate funding
Monitor and manage cash flow
Mitigate financial risks to ensure stability and

Key Responsibilities

Develop structured, practical, and interactive training manuals aligned with the YEP
Incorporate real-world case studies, exercises, and templates to enhance participant
Utilize Palestinian examples and case studies to ensure local relevance and
Collaborate with BCITE and ENABEL to ensure high-quality
Ensure the training is inclusive, addressing the needs of women and marginalized

Who We’re Looking For

Postgraduate degree in entrepreneurship, business, finance, education, or digital
At least 3 years of experience in curriculum or content
Expertise in startup development, digital literacy, or financial
Proven experience in youth empowerment or economic development projects (preferably in Palestine).
Excellent writing and instructional design

Success Metrics

The effectiveness of the manuals and training will be evaluated based on:

Participant satisfaction and
Knowledge retention as measured through pre- and post-training
Practical application of skills acquired, evaluated through follow-up surveys or case
