PURPOSE OF THIS RFP
Oxfam is seeking to commission a registered company with proven expertise and experience in development of integrated web-based systems to develop a Real time Web-based monitoring, reporting and data acquisition system for WASH facilities. This system should formalize the planning, scheduling, documentation and reporting of preventative maintenance activities, and provides a method of recording unscheduled or corrective maintenance activities.
Oxfam invites qualified and interested companies for submission of proposals to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for the above mentioned services as per the conditions and requirements detailed in the Request For Proposal (RFP).

The deadline for submission of offers is 24th April 2022 at 1pm upon conditions in the RFP dossier.
Offers shall only be sent to ([email protected]).Offer shall be sent in 2 separate files - PDF format - (one for Technical Offer and one for Price Offer).

All documents shall be submitted in English
Oxfam does not bind itself to award the lowest price offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
