Development of an Interactive Map Platform for a WASTE ATLAS of Palestine

The Palestinian Hydrology Group (PHG) invites qualified consultant(s)/firm(s) to provide professional consulting services to develop an interactive map platform for a Waste Atlas of Palestine within the framework of the “Environmental and Climate Justice Programme in Palestine (ECJP)” funded by the Consulate General of Sweden in Jerusalem through We Effect.

Qualified Consultant(s) and Firm(s) interested in this opportunity are invited to request and obtain the complete Terms of Reference (TOR) free of charge from PHG by emailing: [email protected].

Submissions for this proposal are provided in one copy and placed within two sealed envelopes, separately for the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. The Consultant(s)/Firm(s) name and address must be clearly printed on each envelope, marked "Professional consulting services – PHG/ECJP 2024" and delivered no later than 12:00pm on August 12, 2024. The envelopes should be addressed as follows:

PHG Headquarter Office: Palestine, Ramallah, Al-Masyoun neighborhood, 21 Emil Habibi Street, Al Manar Commercial Center 2nd floor.

Tenders will be opened shortly thereafter at 12.30pm. The tenderer or authorized representative may be present at the opening.

Late tenders will not be considered in any circumstances.

PHG reserves the right to cancel this TOR entirely or partially without defraying any cost incurred by Consultant(s)/Firm(s).
