About “Sustainable Growth Jobs and Resilience - Digital Economy component” Project
Enabel, the Belgian Development Agency, has been asked to lead the formulation of a Multi-partner Contribution Agreement in Palestine that will be financed by the EU under the Team Europe Initiative “Sustainable growth jobs and resilience” - Digital Transformation component; EU Palestine Annual action “ Digital economy in favour of Palestine” which will be implemented by a consortium of three European partners namely Expertise France, CPMA, Enabel.
The General Objective of this action is to foster sustainable and inclusive digital-enabled economic development in Palestine (Jerusalem, Gaza, West Bank).
The Specific Objectives of this action are as followed:
Outcome 1: The business environment, including gender specific provisions and institutional coordination for digital development is improved.
Outcome 2: Palestinian ICT offer, entrepreneurial ecosystem and digital education providers are strengthened.
Outcome 3: Private sector competitiveness and job creation opportunities in digital development are improved.
Purpose of this invitation
Enabel is seeking external expertise of two digital consultants to support Enabel in the formulation process of an EU-funded joint action.
Lot (1) one consultant will focus on Gaza Strip.
Lot (2) one consultant will focus on West Bank and Jerusalem.
