General Qualifications of Digital Media Expert 

At least 5 years of experience in developing informative content, designing, and executing media, advocacy, and communication campaigns. 

Experience in creating content related to digital literacy, fake news, super security, digital competencies, etc. is an advantage. 

Demonstrated experience in developing creative designs and communication products that target different audiences. This must be supported by samples of previous work.

University qualification in the field of marketing, social media, graphic design, video production, visual arts, or related field.

Excellent business language skills in English /Arabic.

Proficiency in in social media and mainstream media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snap Chat, Instagram, LinkedIn, TV, Radio).
