Project Background
Masarouna is a regional program designed to harness the potential of young people as catalysts for collective action. The program’s primary objective is to empower and mobilize young people towards advocating for expanded freedom of choice and the utmost respect for their Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). Through innovative strategies for change, Masarouna seeks to amplify the voices of young people, ensuring their perspectives and concerns are considered in decision-making processes. Masarouna recognizes the importance of a robust civil society in championing SRHR. The program is dedicated to enhancing civil society's capacity to advocate for youth SRHR and catalyze positive change through collaborative efforts.
Objective
The assignment aims to produce a documentary film on the implementation of Masarouna Project activities in OPT, to present and display a quick and attractive summary of the project’s lifetime by capturing key moments and conducting several interviews. With the support of Oxfam, the film should be able to recap interesting and crucial activities, initial results, success and challenges. Noting that Oxfam will coordinate with the service provider for documenting specific activities that will be implemented within the time frame to be part of the documentary.
It is expected that the service provider will have multiple field visits in Gaza Strip and the West Bank to film ongoing activities and document previous activities through interviews, site visits and incorporating previous video materials from partners. The documentary should highlight and reflect the positive impact of Masarouna project on partners and beneficiaries.
Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for:
1)Pre-Production: Collaborate with the project team to understand the project scope, identify key activities and stories, and plan the documentary's narrative structure and scenario.
2) Develop the documentary script and storyboard, which will be used during the filming and production phases.
3) Conduct field visits to all six partner organizations under Masarouna, Four in West Bank and Two in Gaza Strip. These visits should work on documenting either previous, ongoing, or upcoming activities. Each visit should include interviews with at least 1-2 representatives from the partner organizations and 1-2 beneficiaries from various locations (If applicable and could be changed according to what is the activity), totaling approximately 15 interviews across all partners.
4) Production: Film and document key project activities from Oxfam and the partners, including workshops, training sessions, and events held at various locations, to integrate into the documentary.
5) Post-Production: Edit the captured footage and produce a documentary film in Arabic with English subtitles and sign language, including interviews and testimonials.
6) Share a draft with the project team for review and comments.
7) Finalize the documentary by incorporating feedback from the project team. The film should meet the highest market quality standards and be presented in high definition.
8) The service provider should submit all raw footage and the completed film on an external drive and provide edits formatted for social media.

FINANCIAL PROPOSAL
The Financial proposal should contain the following information:
Prices are valid for 60 days.
The submitted offers should be in euros, including VAT. The price offer should be able to issue an official VAT invoice in addition to a valid deduction at source certificate or will deduct a percentage of the final payment according to the Palestinian Taxation department & laws.
Prices include all types of expenses.
