EMERGENCY REPAIR WORKS IN PUBLIC HEALTH CENTERS IN THE GAZA STRIP

Action Against Hunger – Palestinian Territory (Gaza Strip) intends to award with the contract one or several contractors for the project of EMERGENCY REPAIR WORKS IN PUBLIC HEALTH CENTERS IN THE GAZA STRIP. The project is divided into 2 lots.

* Gaza bidders: Eligible contractors must have a 3rd degree specialized in maintenance of public WASH in health facilities operated by MoH and must be able to provide an invoice and the bidding documents listed in the procurement dossier.

Bidding documents can be collected from above source from October 12th , 2021 09:00 AM until October 23rd 2021 16:00 PM. The contractor must send contractor union classification certificate. 

Eligible Contractors must include Bank Guarantee equal to 5% of the proposed offer’s amount for each lot in euros valid for 90 days starting from the date of submission; personal cheques will not be accepted. 

Site visit and pre-bid meeting are mandatory for all contractors participating in the biding process to attend at the specified time in the tender document. 

The deadline for submission of bids by the contractors is 7th of November 2021 at 12:00 PM (Gaza time)

Action Against Hunger does not bind itself to award the bid to the lowest bid or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.

The awarding of this contract will be upon the confirmation of the funding from the donor.

The winning company should pay the advertisement fees in the local newspaper and on the website.
