NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project “Ensure accessibility and safety of WASH facilities in health care centers and increase access to hygiene and health services for the most vulnerable Palestinians in H2 area of Hebron” under [OCHA] funding is inviting suppliers of works to submit offers for each batch for the following:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents in English may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

• ACTED OPT representative office in Al Bireh - Annahda Street - across from friends boys Schools, Inside Alkaykab Garden, Swift House.
• Or by sending a request to [email protected] and ACTED will provide you the tender 

Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this National Call For Tender may be submitted no later than 12:00 pm local Ramallah time on Tuesday 30h of August, 2020 by email to [email protected]. 

A visit will be organized on [Sunday 6-9-2020] at [10:00 AM] in the site, Participation of interested bidders is preferable but not Mandatory. Please register your interest to attend this session and submit your national ID to [email protected]. by 31/08/2020, as the date and time are subject to change. Bidders bear all expenses due their visit

• Eligible contractor should be registered at PCU ( Palestinian Contractors Union).
• Eligible contractor should be registered at the VAT and customs department, and has the ability to provide ACTED with   Zero VAT bills. ( The project is VAT exempted)

All bids must be submitted before on [Sunday 13-9-2020] at [12:00 PM] at the address(es) mentioned above with the mention of the Tender reference code [T/12EBT/Y57/KAC-TAC-HAC-MAC/HEB/PRO/23-8-2020 in a sealed envelope 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
