Background

The Pioneers Raedat Activity is a five-year $35M program funded by USAID aims to empower women in the West Bank by enhancing their socio-economic status through targeted interventions. This activity focuses on providing tailored support at individual and network levels, fostering private sector partnerships, and ensuring sustainable development.

The Raedat Activity is looking to recruit a registered firm consultant to evaluate women's cooperatives' status, gaps, needs, and potential in the West Bank. It aligns with Raedat's objectives of empowering women, fostering private-sector partnerships, and ensuring sustainable development.

This invitation is open for all potential eligible Consulting Firms (per USAID requirements Geocode 937), registered locally, and qualified in the field as presented below.  (in case of a joint Venture, all J.V members should fulfill the requirements of Geocode while at least the leader should be registered locally).

A firm will be selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection method and procedures described in this RFP.
