External Evaluation

The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) Invites all interested parties to submit proposals for the provision of an External Evaluation for the second phase of its funded programme Culture, Art and Social Engagement “CASE” .

Objective and scope of the assignment are detailed in the attached Terms of Reference. Clarifications and questions can be received in writing only until 12 June 2023 to the following email:[email protected]. Answers to the questions will be shared with all applicants.

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

1. Up-to-date CVs of their proposed team member(s)
2. A financial proposal with a detailed budget including all costs related to the assignment
3. A concept note (max. 3 pages) outlining the approach and methodology, as well as a draft work plan/ timetable for the assignment
4. Previous and relevant experiences

All documents must be submitted in English and sent to [email protected], by 19 June 2023 CoB. Kindly note that only complete applications will be taken into consideration.
