REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL-RFP
Dear Sir/Madam,
You are invited to submit an offer for Conducting a CLEANTECH Fab Lab Needs Assessment focusing on Palestine Cleantech Sector in Collaboration with Technopark, Al-Quds University, and Gaza University, the results of the needs assessment will lead to the establishment of Fab Labs in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip as applicable.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of this cover page and the following Annexes:
Annex I Instructions to Offerors
Annex II Terms of Reference (TOR)
Annex III Proposal Submission Form
Annex IV Price Offer
Annex V Vendor Information Form
Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in separate files, should be submitted by email and reach the following address [email protected] no later than June 5th at 4:00 p.m. Jerusalem time and copy [email protected] with Subject header: RFP: Fab Lab Needs Assessment Consultancy.
Offers addressed to any other e-mail accounts will be disqualified.
This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with you or your firm/institution. Your proposal could, however, form the basis for a contract between you or the firm and Host Organizations.
You are requested to acknowledge the receipt of this letter and to indicate whether or not you will be submitting a proposal.
