Feasibility Study

Request for proposal in respect to providing External Consulting Services

SOS Children’s Villages Palestine is seeking to pre-qualify a local competent consultancy firm to conduct a feasibility study for a 3 years planned project.

Interested firms should submit a Technical and Financial proposal in relation to the terms of references (ToRs) included in the attachments.

The following information and documents shall be provided:

1. Background information on the firm: Details of firm’s experience in providing similar services to organizations in the not-for-profit sector, especially international organizations.
2. Methodology to be used: Describe how your firm will approach topics and dimension of requested studies.
3. Firm’s registration details with relevant regulatory authorities.
4. Provide at list 3 references from not-for-profit organizations that you’ve worked with for in the recent years.
5. Provide names and resumes of key personnel that will conduct the study.
6. Include estimated on site time required to complete the services. 
7. Financial Proposal should be submitted in EURO in separate envelope.

Location of Study & timelines

Technical and Financial proposals should be submitted no later than December 19st, 2020 in closed and sealed envelopes to:

Selection Criteria

• Cost & Quality Based Selection
• Evaluation weights: 30% Fin, 70% Tech.
