Final evaluation of “Venture in Palestine with BZU” project

Purpose of the Evaluation

To make an assessment, as systematic and objective as possible, of the above mentioned project, its design, implementation, and results. The aim is to determine the relevance and fulfillment of objectives, developmental efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability. The evaluation should provide information that is credible and useful, enabling the incorporation of lessons learned into the decision-making process of both the implementer and the donor. The evaluation also should look at the relevance and effectiveness of the B-Hub established within the project and provide recommendations for its sustainability.

Candidates should apply by presenting the following documents: 

Letter of Confirmation of Interest with a brief description of why the consultant / team of consultants consider themselves as the most suitable for the assignment, and a brief methodology on how they will approach and complete the assignment.   

CVs of all team members indicating all past experience from similar projects, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number)

Financial Proposal that indicates the all-inclusive fixed total contract price, supported by a breakdown of costs
