Final External Evaluation

For the EU funded project “Civil Society for Dignity”, partner organizations PCR, PAX, MEND, PCPD is conducting a tender for an external consultant to conduct a Final Evaluation for the mentioned project.

In collaboration with the project team, the consultant will undertake the following activities:

Conduct an overall final evaluation for the Civil Society for Dignity Project and provide an objective and transparent analysis of the progress made within the intervention.

Evaluate the performance and achievement of the overall and specific objectives based on the project log frame and determine the level of achievement of each relevant output.

Highlight critical issues presented during the project

Highlight challenges faced by the implementing partners, success stories and lessons learned.

Present the final evaluation results and findings to the project team in addition to a complete evaluation report and findings in English.

The final evaluation will help project partners to highlight opportunities for future interventions

Adress the impact of the project on the targeted population

Efficiency and effectiveness of project activities in relation to the overall budget
