Intersect Innovation Hub (IIH) is a non-profit business incubator, powered by the Bank of Palestine Group (BoPG), with a focus on Fintech, digital innovation, social entrepreneurship, and the fourth industrial revolution (4IR). To accomplish its mission, Intersect provides entrepreneurs with a range of services to enable them to thrive, including workspace, business support services, exposure, and access to local and international networks, tailored financial solutions, and connection to investors.

1. INTERSECT invites quotations\proposals from qualified, and locally registered Companies/ Individuals, specialized in the field of designing and delivering capacity building and coaching focused on startups & fintech entrepreneurship to provide the above mentioned professional services focused on the following:
Startup basics, legal foundations and regulatory environment, business strategy and planning, financial planning and startup financing, pitching and demo day preparation
intro to Fintech, finance tools, distributed ledger and blockchain technology, ML/AI in FinTech and InsurTech, applications of Fintech in emerging economies, fintech regulation in Palestine
More details of the services are provided in the Statement of Work.
2. Eligible bidders:
(i) An individual consultant can submit a proposal. The consultant may at his/her own discretion engage some team members to work with him/her to deliver the final product. In this case,the consultant will:
remain fully and solely responsible for and accountable to INTERSECT for the timeliness and quality of all the outputs delivered.
submit a technical proposal reflecting, among others, the CVs of the consultant and his/her selected team members indicating their experience and track records in similar undertakings. The technical proposal must specify a work assignment for the Team Leader and each consultant.
submit a financial offer with an all inclusive price to deliver the final product(s)
(ii) Consulting firms, institutions, organizations can submit proposals (both technical and
financial) with CVS of the proposed team, Company Registration and certificate of tax deduction at source.
3. Quotations\Proposals will be evaluated based on the Service Provider’s qualification as well as responsiveness to this invitation requirement. The contract(s) will be awarded to the individual/ firm offering the lowest evaluated responsive offer\proposal for all training courses including the presented activities in the SOW.
