Sealed offers are to be submitted to the UNICEF Office in Gaza, UNDP Building before 18 November 2021 15:00 hrs Jerusalem time.
Strictly, the bidder should submit two separate envelopes. One for technical proposal, and another for financial proposal.
Additionally, it is important to quote a realistic delivery Leadtime as this service is bound by a time-constrained funding source.
Prices should be in Israeli Shekels (NIS) excluding VAT.
The validity of offers should be for 120 days.
