Conditions:

1. Quotations should include clear description for the offered goods.  Offers that doesn’t include clear description for the offered technical specifications, in addition to images, and\or samples (if possible) will be disqualified.
2. The RFQ documents should be signed and stamped, and returned within the offers.
3.            Price shall Exclude the VAT.
4.            The supplier is fully responsible to comply with USAID regulations, and will sign all USAID Mandatory Clauses.
5. The supplier is obliged to submit Tax clearance certificate.
