Creative Associates International (Creative) invites qualified firms and organizations who are operational in Gaza to submit a proposal to the Basic Education Activity (BEA). The goal of BEA is to provide improved early childhood and primary learning opportunities for children and youth in the West Bank and Gaza.
The objective of this procurement is to have the ability to collect ‘actionable’, current data and information in the five (5) governorates in the Gaza strip: 1) North Gaza; 2) Gaza City; 3) Deir al Balah; 4) Khan Younis and 5) Rafah at specific times and for specific activities. Offerors should indicate in their proposal submissions only the governorates where they can/will work.
The requirements for this activity are described in the “Statement of Work” in Attachment I. Creative encourages interested organizations to indicate their interest in this procurement by submitting a proposal according to the instructions in Attachment II “Instructions to Offerors”. Proposals will be evaluated based on the “Evaluation Criteria” in Attachment III. Creative will make an award to the responsible Offeror(s) submitting an offer which provides best value to the project: technical merit and price will be both considered.
To be considered, Offerors should submit a complete proposal no later than the closing date and time indicated above. Offerors should ensure that the proposals are well-written in English, easy to read, follow the instructions provided and contain only requested information.
Questions about this RFP should be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than June 28, 2024. Only questions received via the specified email will be considered. The solicitation number (listed above) should be stated in the subject line of the submission email. Creative responses to questions will be compiled and distributed within three days from the closing date of questions.
Proposals must be comprised of one electronic copy of the Technical Proposal and one electronic copy of the Cost/Business proposal, sent in separate e-mails, and labeled with the above-stated RFP number and title. Submissions shall be delivered to:
