PURPOSE OF THIS RFQ
Oxfam is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms/Individuals (team) interested in Conducting “Gender And Protection Analysis For Recovered Treated Wastewater (RTWW) Management”. The study aims to better understand the importance of mainstreaming gender and protection in RTWW management and addressing the underlying situation in Al-Fukhary where agriculture is male dominated whereby the involvement of women in farming activities is limited to supporting men as unpaid labour which exacerbates the already existing burden and workload on women.

The deadline for submission of bids is 25th March 2021 at 1pm (Gaza time) upon conditions in the RFQ dossier.
Responses (bids) shall be sent before the deadline indicated above. Responses must only be sent to ([email protected]) without coping any other email addresses. Any offers sent through other channels will not be considered.
Offer shall be sent in 2 separate files - PDF format - (one for Technical Offer and one for Price Offer)
Email subject must contain the following reference: (OXFAM - 21/041/OPTI/GAZA)
Oxfam does not bind itself to award the lowest price offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
