Background:

The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development – REFORM is a Palestinian NGO that works in the fields of empowerment, local development, and social transformation. Seeking to promote inclusion and social solidarity in Palestine through empowering marginalized hard-to-reach groups, and structural reform. REFORM aims to enhance the social and political participation of marginalized hard- to-reach groups and community activism, to facilitate equal access to public utilities through strengthening the capabilities of young and women, and to provide a reliable database for the political and administrative decision makers in Palestine.

REFORM is looking for a specialized researcher in Gender based violence.  Interested specialists are invited to send their offers no later than Sunday, 20.02.2022, 4:00 PM.

Notes:

• Interested specialists must design the flow in a way that allows REFORM to review their delivery in different stages not as one document. 
• REFORM will not accept the whole assignment in case of improper delivery, delay, and lack of commitment in the suggested timeline. 
• Teams of pair “Female Specialist and Male Specialist” will be given the priority. 
• Interested candidates should submit technical and financial offers in two independent envelopes, stamped and/ or signed latest by Sunday, 20.02.2022, 4:00 PM at REFORM’s office in Ramallah, Al-Masyoun, Al-Tirawi Building, 2nd floor, Telephone 022966646.
• Financial offers must be submitted in ILS excluding VAT with detailed work breakdown.
• A valid deduction at source certificate is required, or else 10% of the total payment will be deducted as income tax.
•  The assignment is expected to be conducted within 45 calendar days from signing the contract date, and it its expected to be conducted in 20 working days.
• Offers must be valid for at least 1 year.
• REFORM will reject any incomplete offers 
• Technical offers must include the following:
• Specialist C.V/s is a must (No pictures or any distinctive mark should be in the C.V. or the offers).
• Samples of previous work are necessary.  
• Methodology.
• Time frame.
• Information gathering tools.
