Description of The Required Service Provision 
RTP is seeking to hire a gender consultant to lead training and technical inputs for the TOGETHER Project. The consultant will also provide technical guidance for the entire project to ensure gender mainstreaming and capacity-building in all trainings, implementation, reporting and MEL related activities.
The consultant will report to RTP’s Program Manager in Palestine and Gender specialist in HQ and will work closely with RTP staff in both HQ and the Palestine Country Office.

Objective of the Service Provision:
The main objective of this assignment is developing a plan of action for ensuring gender responsiveness in “TOGETHER project”. Specific objectives include:

•    Deliver Gender Equality and Gender Transformative Programming training for TOGETHER staff, including representatives from UNRWA.
•    Review all TOGETHER upcoming reporting from gender perspective lens including but not limited to Annual Report and Outcome Reporting, MEL follow up, Midline evaluation report.
•    Provide technical guidance on gender integration in communication and advocacy materials.
•    Strengthening ability to apply positive discipline strategies in a gender responsive manner.
•    Develop two gender equality focused success story from Together. 
•    Develop and submit the gender annex on an annual basis
•    Develop a sustainability and transition plan in partnership with UNRWA to support the long-term impact of the project’s gender equality results.
