Grant management training for 15 CBOs across the West Bank

PalVision is seeking the services of a training company to conduct 160 hours of trainings in Grant Management at the community level. The aim of the training is to build the capacity of small civil society organisations in grant management to enable them to expand their interventions to meet the needs of their communities; especially in relation to protecting and promoting their cultural rights, Palestinian heritage, internal tourism, and income generation.

Application deadline: Thursday 02.12.2021.
Quantity: Total of 32 sessions/160 hours. Each session is 5 hours in length.
Duration: Three months contract, starting from contract signature date.
Training location: 4 Governorates/clusters across the West Bank including 1. Jerusalem, 2.Ramallah, 3. Jenin, and 4.Hebron
Number of trainees: Total of 30 persons from across 15 CBOs across the 4 clusters
Training level: Intermediate. 

Project summary 
 

FANAR project aims to build the capacity of communities across West Bank and Gaza to protect their Palestinian culture and heritage and advocate for their cultural rights. Our mission is to ensure that community-based organisations (CBOs) are able to respond to the needs of their community, and to work together with the community through a strategic and systematic manner. CBOs across the West Bank and Gaza are receiving practical trainings on cultural rights, documentation of their local heritage, promotions and branding of their villages, advocacy trainings, and communication skills. 

FANAR is being lead by Rozana Association, in partnership with PalVision, the Jerusalem Toursim Cluster (JTC), and Youth without Borders based in Gaza. The project is made possible with generous funding of the European Union.
