Purpose of this invitation

Consultancy Service to review and document all education-related projects implemented by Belgian Development Agency, documenting the activities, outcomes, and impact on the community, and relevant stakeholders. Additionally, the consultant will provide a comprehensive report that clarifies both numerical data and the qualitative effects on Various benefitting actors, such as teachers, principals, and students, CSOs...etc.

To be able to submit an offer in full knowledge of the facts, the contracting authority is organizing an information meeting for service providers, which will be conducted on Monday 28 April 2025. As detailed below:

1. This tender is VAT excluded under certain conditions, defined in the tender documents. 

2. Tenders shall be valid for 60 days after the tender closing.
